Terms and Conditions for RMB (Rotary Means Business)

Welcome to RMB (Rotary Means Business). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the RMB mobile application ("App"). By creating an account or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

  • You will update your information whenever necessary.

RMB is not responsible for verifying the accuracy of business information submitted by users.

5. User Content

By posting content, you:

  • Confirm that you own the content or have permission to publish it.
  • Grant RMB a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display and distribute your content within the App for its intended functionality.
  • Remain the owner of your content.

You are solely responsible for everything you publish.

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • Post false or misleading information.
  • Publish illegal, harmful, abusive, or defamatory content.
  • Upload content that infringes copyrights or trademarks.
  • Harass, threaten, or impersonate other users.
  • Attempt to hack, disrupt, or damage the App or its servers.

  • Use the App for unlawful purposes.

Violation of these rules may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of your account.
